 Business - Double Entry Visa

Required Documents:

1. Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity & available 3 blank pages for visa;

2. One photocopy of information pages of the passport;

3. One properly completed visa application form;

Completed visa application must be signed by the Applicant.

All entries on the form must be typed or printed in block letters in English or Russian.

Incomplete visa application forms shall not be processed.

5. A letter from your company, travel agent or from yourself (if traveling individually)
... explaining who is traveling, where, when and for what purpose;

6. The most important document to be submitted is INVITATION or VISA SUPPORT;

INVITATION from your Russian host must be issued by the local office of the Interior Ministry of

........the Russian Federation and be submitted in original (a copy - only for a single-entry visa). Every

........invitation must contain name in full, date of birth, citizenship and passport number of the applicant,

........name of hosting organization, reason and period of visit. Invitation must be signed by authorized

........person and carry the official seal of Interior Ministry.

VISA SUPPORT is provided by Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the

........Russian Federation or by Ministry¡¯s local offices only. Please, check with us that your visa support

........has arrived PRIOR to sending documents.

Note: Applying for a double entry visa, it should be specifically mentioned in the Visa support.

7. Applicants planning to stay in Russia for more than 3 months or applying for a visa
....valid for more then 3 month must present a valid HIV TEST CERTIFICATE;

10. Payment: (Please attach the proper payment with the application to avoid any delay)
