 Tourist - Double Entry Visa

Canadian passport holders with at least 6 months validity remaining on passport and a
confirmed ticket out of Thailand (proof of leaving within 30 days) do not need a visa for
visiting Thailand up to 30 days for tourism purposes. You are required to obtain a visa
if going to Thailand for business, conference, research. etc., or if you are planning to
stay for more than 30 days for tourism. Required Documents:

2. One properly completed Visa Application Form; Download

3. A recent passport-size photo (with white background); Mike Photo Services

4. Pickup & delivery Request Form Download if Needed;

5. Mailing Requrst Form Download if Needed;

6. Payment: (Please attach the proper payment with the application to avoid any delay)
